i booked a superior room , and the river view was seriously epic. the super king bed was so comfy , i almost didn't want to get up. the bathroom had a luxury feel. i saw room 306 and 210 are also good choices , so i know what to book next time!
the parking situation needs improvement , i wish they'd sort it out soon!

the hotel has easy access to surrounding areas. it's close to many local attractions like historical sites and riverside walks , so it's convenient. it is situated near train stations , facilitating travel to different destinations.

the food was delicious , the sausage and mash came in a massive yorkshire pudding , that was heaven. the breakfast had a decent range of options with hot meals. the service was quick and friendly with really helpful staff.

the location was acceptable as it was close enough to the places i needed to visit.
My room was not very clean. I noticed the toilet hadn't been cleaned properly. the shower did not work well either. The water pressure was weak. breakfast was strange because staff gave out items by counting them instead of setting up a buffet.

I stayed in a family room with a camp bed for my second child. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quite big. The staff was always smiling and happy to help, which I appreciate. The strong wifi kept the children happy (that's always a win!).
The parking situation wasn't ideal. I couldn't use the car park until late.
